An ancient Indian sage was teaching his disciples the archery.He put a wooden bird as the target and asked them to aim at the eye of the bird.

   The first disciple was asked to describe what he saw.He said,”I see the trees,the branches,the leaves,the sky,the bird and its eyes.”

    The sage asked this disciple to wait.Then he asked the second disciple the same question and he replied,”Only the eye of the bird.”The sage said,”Very good,then shoot.”The arrow went straight and hit the eye of the bird.

      What is the moral of the story?Unless we focus,we can not achieve our goal.It is hard to focus and concentrate bu it is a skill that can  be learned,

  Last night,my colleague told me someone killed himself —jumped off a building.He is a graduate,the reason of his death was it’s hard to find a job.And several weeks ago ,there was a mastor killed himself in the same way and for the same reason.I was angry when i heard this though i did not know who he was.Why not cherish himself?He was a caitiff,he was an  irresponsible people,he was not alone ,he still had a family,he had his parents ,maybe he still had sister or brother.No job is not the end of human’s whole life.He still had lots of things to do.His parents gave a birth to him,but what did he give to his parents?What did he give to his friends,his teachers,the persons who helped him,and the society???

   Sometimes ,the life is fragile,but sometimes,life is strong.I still remember the pictures and the story of the earthquake that happened in Sichuan province in 12.05.2008.There are lots of persons who lost their parents/children/lover,and there are also lots of persons who lost their legs/arms,or injured seriously,but they do not give up themself,they are optimistic and strong.We should do like them.

   The life is the most important thing in our whole life !So, please cherish the life of ourself!

Don’t be afraid to encounter risks.

It is by taking chances that we learn how to be brave.

Don’t dismiss your dreams.

To be without dreams is to be without hope;

to be without hope is to be without purpose.

   weekend again,i am very glad,because my friends will come to visit me:)and they said:will not go to the restaurant,want to have the dish that i preparei was nervous when i heard this.it is time to show my cuisine.i should prepare the food that i am good at.

About all this guy can’t do is fly. And by saving his celebration until after the finish line this time, he showed how fast a man really can go on two feet.

The Jamaican shattered the world record again Sunday, running 100m in 9.58 seconds at the world championships to turn his much-anticipated race against Tyson Gay into a one-man show.

That was 0.11 seconds faster than the mark he set last year at the Beijing Olympics – the biggest improvement in the 100m record since electronic timing began in 1968.

Even though he smashed the American record by six hundredths of a second, Tyson Gay almost looked like he was standing still next to Usain Bolt.

The most anticipated race of the World Championships lived up to its billing as “Das Duell,” but Gay’s time of 9.71 seconds in Sunday’s 100-meter final paled in comparison to Bolt’s 9.58 – .11 seconds better than the world record he set exactly one year ago at the Beijing Olympics.

“I’m happy with the silver medal,” said the 27-year-old Gay, who struggled with pain in his groin during the semifinal earlier in the day. “I ran my best.

“I looked pretty sluggish during the rounds, finally got it together in the finals. It just wasn’t good enough.”

It was certainly good enough to improve on the previous American record, which Gay had set at 9.77 last year. But even though the 9.71 at the Olympic Stadium was the third fastest time in history, it was nowhere near what he needed to run to win gold.

Barely an hour after shattering his 100m world record for a first world title, Usain Bolt was stretching and jogging at the Olympic Stadium.

After all, one year ago, he followed up such a double at Beijing’s Bird’s Nest stadium with two more golds and two more world records – in the 200 and sprint relays. Few at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium will be expecting anything less.

Even though he had just turned days of hyperbole into an understatement again by slashing .11 seconds of his record to bring it to 9.58 on Sunday, even Bolt is among the doubters he can turn Berlin into a second Beijing.

“I doubt I will get a world record in the 200,” the Jamaican said.

Looking at repeats of Sunday’s legendary run in the Olympic Stadium might change his mind.

Running full-out in ideal conditions and against the toughest competition possible for the first time in his 22 years, Bolt blew away his own world record and made rival Tyson Gay seem slow despite setting a US record of 9.71 seconds, the third fastest time in history.

Spain’s Dominguez outsprinted Russia’s Yuliya Zarudneva to win the women’s 3000 meters steeplechase at the World Championships here on Monday.

Dominguez, twice silver medal winner at World Championships, clocked nine minutes 7.32 seconds for the win. Zarudneva took the silver in 9:08.39 and Kenya’s Milcah Chemos Cheywa was third in 9:08.57.

Olympic champion Gulnara Galkina of Russia finished fourth.

“This is the most important victory of my life and I hope to win a gold medal again in 2010 (at the European championships).
